How it works

This system is designed to mass produce accessiblity into new housing developments. Mass production is the most cost effective way for a builder to bring Individualized Accessible Housing (not universal housing) to you. Affordability is the key factor we looked at when designing our system. Our system gives every one in the market the same opportunity to purchase a new home, and to pay the the same market prices. These options can be utilized and enjoyed by the entire market.  This is not just for households with direct Accessible Housing needs, but for any buyer with an extended family member who has accessibility needs that they wish to comfortably invite into their home.

It's surprisingly simple...

1) Tour a model home - Envision living in the perfect home with no disabling features…one that fits your individual accessibility needs to a tee. Now imagine going out and finding that home as easily as a person who has no accessibility concerns. When you tour a home offering Simplified Disabled Housing, you can make simple adjustments using a series of color-coded measurement marking dots at various heights and depths on the walls and cabinets.  Each simple dot represents a custom option made to address a specific accessibility need.

2) Select your customizations - Just mark your cards to show which color option you would like for each feature in the house. You don't have to be disabled to take advantage of our custom housing options - our building system integrates with standard building methods so seamlessly, builders can offer the same customizations to all their new home buyers. Total customization is now as easy as blue, red or green! See an example of the kinds of customizations you can make.

3) Live comfortably - Have your new home built for you with peace of mind. Rest Assured you will utilize your home like never before with every feature in the house customized to your specifications. Accessibility should not have to be a luxury and now it's available to everyone!
